We are going paperless!

 

Dear Kitchener Families:

We are going paperless! As an initiative implemented by the Burnaby School District, the following forms are now on School Cash Online for you to sign:

Walking Form

Student Media Release Form

Emergency Release Form

District Technologies & Information Student Acceptable Use Agreement.

Please log on to School Cash Online and fill out and sign the forms electronically as soon as possible.

Also, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are asking families not to send money or cheques to school with your children.   In order to reduce the spread of germs, we are trying to limit the need to handle cash and cheques.

School Cash Online is an online parent portal that offers a safe, fast and convenient way to pay for  all your child’s school fees, including the School Meals Program.  The portal is customized to meet your school’s needs and allows you as a parent, to add your students, make payments,  sign forms, check current balance/account history, print or view receipts, and receive notifications about upcoming events and fees.
