Dear families, October 1 is Hallowe’en! Here is a friendly reminder that we need to be culturally responsive and respectful. Here’s how:

Brentwood Mall

October 15, 22, + 29: Brick-or-Treat – LEGO Workshop
October 26 – 31: Movies on the Plaza
October 27: Storytime & Crafts
October 31: Brentwood Boo – Trick-or-Treating

Happening Thursday, October 31 from 4pm – 5pm, join us in costume and enjoy live music from our resident DJ Juice as you visit 70+ retailers around site to fill up your treat bags! Spot the Brentwood Boo decal for participating retailers.

Burnaby Heights

Halloween on the Heightsheights-stars

Halloween belongs in the neighbourhood, and this is very true in the Heights. Halloween on the Heights is the true folkloric event that is meant to be – safe, fun and a celebration of a good spooking!

Trick or treating on the Heights is back on Halloween 2024 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Take your children to visit participating neighbourhood merchants along Hastings Street to receive some yummy treats. Look out for Halloween on the Heights decals displayed on their windows.⁠ 

Beware! Mystical characters will be roving along Hastings St.performing spine-tingling stunts and mind-boggling tricks.
