NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE KITCHENER PAC CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
DATE: May 9, 2024
TIME: 6:30 pm, as an agenda item during regularly scheduled PAC annual general meeting
PLACE: In person at Kitchener Elementary School – Staff Room
In November 2023, the Kitchener PAC Executive identified the need to update the Kitchener PAC Constitution and Bylaws as our last copy was amended in 2003. A Review Committee took on the responsibility of reviewing our constitution and bylaws, and recommending updates and other amendments. That work has been completed and the committee will present a resolution to adopt the proposed amendments for a vote at the upcoming May PAC AGM.
For all members’ consideration:
- Current Constitution & Bylaws adopted in May 2003
- Final draft of the proposed amended Constitution & Bylaws
The changes to the current Kitchener PAC Constitution & Bylaws are quite significant. The proposed draft is based on the template available through the BCCPAC which is used province-wide and customized for the Kitchener PAC.
